Adele Dienno and David Tomasi – Celebration of Burlington’s Little Italy for Columbus Day 2011

Adele Dienno and David Tomasi, Board of Directors of V.I.C present the Celebration of Burlington’s Little Italy for Columbus Day 2011.

The Vermont Italian Club was established in the fall of 1983 as the Vermont Italian Cultural Association by a group of Italian Americans, newcomers to Burlington, Vermont, who were drawn to each other via their Italian roots.

The first president of the organization and the person most influential in establishing the organization was Dr. Kenneth Ciongoli, former Chairman of the National Italian American Foundation, former President of the Neurological Associates of Vermont and Clinical Associate Professor of Neurology at the University of Vermont College of Medicine (UVM) and “Kenny” of American Bandstand.
